FINAL RELEASE OF LIEN
The undersigned, BUFORD B. BURKE, doing business as
BURKE SFiEET METAL & ROOFING, for in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to the undersigned in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby waive, release, remise and relinquish
the undersigned's right to claim, demand or impose a lien or
liens for work done or materials furnished or ~ny other kind
or class of lien whatsoever on the real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described in the Claim of
Lien filed in Official Record Book 201 at page 478 and the
Amended Claim of Lien filed in Official Record Book 201 at page
1606 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Z'his agreement constitutes a complete and Final Release
of Lien by the undersigned.
