ANITA PARENTE, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That I was the wife of the late Dan Parente, who died on the 3rd
day of February, A. D. , 1972. -
2. That I was his wife on the 20th day of September, A. D~ , 1965,
when the said Dan Parente and I quit-claimed to Nathan A. Resnik the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of St. - Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
Parcel 1. The W 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, lying Wesk of
White City Road (Sunrise Boulevard) and less
that part lying North of Platts Branch, whiQh !
said North part was conveyed to W. E.
Carpenter by deed dated May 20, 1963.
Parcel 2. _ Outlot 18 of White City, Florida, according to ~
; the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page
i 201 of the Public Record~ of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida; said lot lying in and comprising a part t~
~ of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4,

~ Township 36 South, Range 40 East.
~ EYCEPTING THEREFROM all rights of way for
~ public roads and drainage canals and easements
for public utilitie s.
3. That I was also the wife of the late Dan Parente on February
1966, when we filed a Quit-Claim Deed correcting an error in the description

~ in the aforementioned deed, '
~ 4. The Quit-Claim Deed of the aforementioned property was recorded
~ in the County Clerk's Office for St. Lucie County on the 4th day of October,
~
~ 1965, in Official Book 128, Page 15, of the public records of St. Lucie
~
~
County, Florida, and the Quit-Claim Deed correcting the error in description
~
