The South 220 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3, less roads righta-of-way, and the North
136 feet of Lots 4 and 5, and Lots 6 and less road rights-of-way, in SUNSET
PARK, a subdivision of the Sl/2 of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, at
Page 18, of the public records of St, Lucie County, Florida.
