Being the same property conveyed to Lawrence E. Ross and Sarah B. Ross, his wife, by General Development Corporation o.i the 21st day of July, 1969, recorded in Book 179, Page 388, of the Register's Office of St. Lucie County, Florida. To have and to hold said real estate, with the appurtenances, estate, title and interest belonging to the said Charles Oliver tiann, Jr., successors, :~eirs and assigns forever. iVe covenant that we are lawfully seized and F~ossessed of said real estate in fee simply, have a good right to convey it, and that the same is unencumbered.
