FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten ($10•00) Dollars and
other good and valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Lawrence E. Ross and Sarah B. Ross, his wife, have this day bargained and
sold, and do hereby transfer and convey unto the said Charles Oliver Mann, Jr.,
404 Meadowlake Road, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, his successors, heirs
and assigns, certain real estate located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as follows: ~
Lot 26, Block 119, Port St. Lucie Section 27, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Being the same property conveyed to Lawrence E. Ross and Sarah B.
Ross, his wife, by General Development Corporation o.i the 21st day
of July, 1969, recorded in Book 179, Page 388, of the Register's
Office of St. Lucie County, Florida.
To have and to hold said real estate, with the appurtenances, estate,
title and interest belonging to the said Charles Oliver tiann, Jr., successors,
:~eirs and assigns forever. iVe covenant that we are lawfully seized and
F~ossessed of said real estate in fee simply, have a good right to convey
it, and that the same is unencumbered.
Yle further covenant and bind ourselves, our heirs and representatives,
to warrant and forever defend the title to said real estate and to said
C:liarles Oliver i•'Iann, Jr. his successors, heirs and assigns against the
