Any agreement hereafter made by Mortgagor and \iortgagee punuant to this mortgagr shall be supcrior to thc righcs of the holder of any intervening lien or encumbrance. 18. Mortgagor hereby wai~rs aU right of homestead exemption in the ptopcrty subject to this mortgage. !9. The co~•enants and agreements herein contained shall bind and the bencfits and advantages shall inute to the respocci~•e heirs, executors, administ~aton, successon and assigns of the parties heroto. Wherever used, th~ singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall be applicable to aU genden. All covenants, agreements and undertakings shall be ioint and se~•eral. In the event additional numbered covenar~cs are tor convenience inserted in this mortgage following the legal dacription, such additional covenants shall be read and gir•en effect as though tollowing this covenant in consecutive order. 20. Any deficiency in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless made good by the 1ltortgagor prior to the due date of the aext such paymeat, constitute an event oE deiault under this mortgage.
