MEMORANDUM OF OPTION CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That TLS GROVES, INC.,

a Florida corporation, has by agreement dated the '_f
day of June, 1972, granted an option to purchase the herein-
after described real property to BOWEN BROTHERS, INC. and
B. E. GRANT at the price and upon the terms stated in said
agreement, said real property being situate in Indian River
County, Florida, and described as foll.ows:
From the Northeast corner of Section 25, Township
33 South, Ranqe 37 East; run North 89°31' West a
distance of 5400.04'; thence South 5225.81' to
the Southeast corner of St. John's Drainage Dis-
trict, Unit No. 4, as recorded in Plat Book 7,
page 25, Indian River County, Florida records;
thence, North 89°20'12" West a distance of 2789.80';
thence, South 0°15' West a distance of 2523.29' to
the Point of Beginning; thence, North 89°20'12"
West a distance of 2800.83'; thence, South 0°30'
West a distance of 1243.02'; thence, South 89°20'
12" East a distance of 2806.26'; thence, North
0°15' East a distance of 1243.02' to the Point of
Beginning.
The above described property contains 80.00 acres,.
subject to, however, a 50.00' easement over the
East and a 30.00' easement over the West of the
above descr~.bed property; said property also de-
scribed as Tract No. 10 and Tract No. 12 of the
St. John's Drainage District, Unit No. 5, as re-
corded in the public records of Indian River County,
Florida, in Official Record Book 166, page 263.
TOGETHER with all permanent irrigation and drainage
equipment as presently installed and all other per-
manently installed fixtures and together with the
entire 1972-73 crop of citrus fruit.
Said option to purchase to be exercised and closed on or before
November l, 1972.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed thie
