BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer duly authorized to administer oaths
and take acknowledgments~ personally appeared LILLY V. KASTBERG, who being
by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the daughter of BERTHA S. PEARSON, deceased, and resides
at Twin Hill Road, Hubbardston, Worcester County, ~ssachusetts .
That said BERTHA S. PEARSON died on the 2nd day of May, 1971, and her husband,
FREDERICK P. PEARSON, died on the 2?th day of January , 1961 .
That the above described property was purchased by FREDERICK P.
PEARSON and BERTHA S. PEARSON, his wife, b}s Warranty Deed dated the 16th
day of April, 1956, Filed the 25th day of June, 1956, in Deed Book 215, Page 459,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
That said FREDERICK P. PEARSON and BERTHA S. PEARSON were married
on the llth day of OCtobeY' , 19 16 , and they remained con-
tinuously married, one to the other, without intervention of any divorce proceedings,
from that date until the date of death of said FREDERICK P. PEARSON as aforesaid.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
