FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay to the order of MARTIN J.
CASSIDY~ the principal sum of FOR TH THR EE THOUSAND AND NO HUNDR EDTHS
DOLLARS ($43~ 000. 00), with interest from date at the rate of seven a~d one-half
(7 1/2) per centum per annutn on the unpaid balance until paid. The said principal
and interest shall be payable at Security Exchange Bank, 2725 South Dixie, West
Palm Beach, Florida , or at such other place as the holder hereof may designate.
in writing, in monthly installmenta of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUi~IDRED AND NO
NUNDREDTNS DOLLARS ($1, 500. 00), cornmencing on the lOth day of June~ 1972.
and on the lOth day of each month thereafter until principal and interest are fully
paid. Said monthly installments shall first be applied to interest accruing on the
amounts remaining from time to time unpaid and the remainder ta principal.
In the event of the continuation of any default in the payment of any installi»ent
of the principal hereof, or interest hereon, for a period of thirty (30) days, the holder
hereof may elect to declare. and declare the entire amount hereof, and the interest
then accrued. immediately due and payable.
The maker and endorser of this note further agrees to waive demand~ notice of
non-payment and protest, and in case suit shall be brought for the collection hereof~
or the same has to be collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay all expenses of
such collection, including reasonable attorneys' feea and Court coats.
When in default this obligation shall bear interest at the rate of ten (10) per
centum per annum in lieu of the rate hereinbefore specified.
This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith~ and in the same
principal amount as herein stated, encumbering real estate aituate in the County of
Palm Beach, State of Florida.
Thia note may be prepaid in whole or in part at any time without penalty.
