North 00°08'30" West parallel with the East line of said Section
29 a distance of 753.68 feet to the NE corner of the property
of Thomas C„ Lilly and Barbara R. Lilly, his wife, as described
in O. R. Book 178, page 2194 of the public records of St. Lucie
County. Florida, auid the point of beginning of the parcel herein
described; thence run South 87°11'06" West along the North line
and the extension thereof of the said property of Thomas C. Lilly
and Barbara R. Lilly, his wife, 653 feet, more or less, to Five
Mile Creek (Canal No. 29); thence run northerly meandering Five
Mile Creek (Canal No. 29) 30.92 feet, more or less, to the North
line of the property of Alfred Savinelli and Mena Savinelli,
his wife, as described in O. R. Book 120, page 521 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence run Easterly
along said north line of the groperty of Alfred Savinelli and
Mena Savinelli, his wife, 653.58 feet to a point that is.40
feet West of the East line of said Section 29; thence run South
50.99 feet, more or less, to the point of beqinning.
