Animals No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot except that dogs, cats or other domestic household pets may be kept, provided that they are not kept, br~ ~r maintained for any commercial purpose. 8. Trash Storage No !ot shall be used or maintained as a dumpirig ground for rubbish. Trash, ~arbage, or other waste must be kept in sanitary containers. No lot on which improvements have been constructed or erected shall be allowed to become or remain overgrown and/or unsightly. 9. Planting No hedge or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines at elevations between two (2') and six (6') fee~ above the roadways shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line connecting them at points twenty-~ve (25') feet from the intersection of the street lines, or in the case of a rounded propetty aorner from the intersection of _the street property lines extended. The same sight line limitations shall apply on any lot within ten 0') feet ftom the inter~ection of a street property line v~ th the edge of a driveway or alley pavement. No tree shall be permitted to remain within the above described . limits of intersections unless the foGage line is maintained at or above six (6') feet above roadway intersection elevation to prevent obstruction of sight lines. 10. Easements Easements for the installation and maintenance of public utilities and drainage facilities are reserved as noted on the reoorded plat. Within these easements, no structwe, planting or other material shall be placed or permitted to remain which may damage, impair or interfere with the installation and maintenance of utilities. The easement area of each lot, tract, or parcel and all permitted improvements within said easement area shall be maintained continuously by the owner of the tot, tract, or parcel, except for those impr~vements for which a public authority or utility company is re~ponsible. I 1. Wells No individual water wells, septic tanks or other individual sewage disposal facility shall be permitted on any lot within the subdivision. This provision, however, shatl not be construed to prohibit private water wells for irrigation, swimming pools or air conditioning. 12.
