Together witn ali buildings, improvem~nts, fixtures or appurtenances now or he~eafter erected there-
on or placed iherein, in:fuding all apparatus, equ~pment, f+xtures or articles, whether in single un;ts or cen-
tralty controlled, used to supp]y heat, gas, air cond;tioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventil~ation or
other serv',ces, and any other th+ng now ar hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
