Statutes, in Official Record Book ~ 38_, pages 5'> >~f the public records of St ._Luc i e Co. Florida.
In this instrument the singula~ shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
