North of right-of-way of stem of RR WYE CARLTON'S
ADDITION to the City of Fort Pierce, according to ~
the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida. }
Together with the note or obligation described in said
mortgage, and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with
interest from the 14th day of February, 1972. ,
