Final Hearing upon the pleadings herein and upon the testimony
of the Plaintiff hereto, and it appearing to the Court that the

Defendant is guilty of extreme cruelty as charged, and that the
Plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for in her Complaint,
it is thereupon considered
