WHER~S, the parties hereto were duly narried in
Kensington, London, England, on November 14, 1959, and have two
children as a result of said marriage, to wit: DAVID STEVEN
ARC~SKIN, aged four (4) years and JENDTIFER rIARY ARC~SKIN, aged
two (2) vears, and
WHEREc~S, diverse unhappy differences have arisen between
the parties b~~ reason whereof they have consented and agreed,
and do hereby consent and agree, to live separate and apart
from ~ach otY~~er during their natural lives, and
jTHERF.~?S, the said parties are desirous of entering~
into a~ agr~e*~~nt,under which they may hereafter live separate
and u~dsr ~.~n~c:~ custody of the minor children and their property
