s. The Husba~~ agrees to retain for the benefit of
the two ninor children all his life insurance policies presently
in effect and agrees to name them as irrevocable beneficiaries.
9. The part~es hereto agree to divide equally between
them the sum of THREE THOUSA1~iD FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,500.00)
in cash and savings bonds.
10. It is further mutually covenanted and agreed by `
and between the parties hereto that any and all costs, charges
and expenses heretofore or hereafter incurred or sustained by
the Wife in connection with the negotiation of this Settlement
Agreem.ent, including the charges and fees of STORMS, PAPPAS &
KRASNY, Attorneys for the Wife, shall be borne and paid by the

~ Husband and that in the event divorce or similar proceedings _

! are instituted by either party against tne other, the Husband

~ shall pay all Court costs involved in such proceedings, and all
~ attorneys' fees to be paid by the Husband shall be such reason-

~ able sums as may be affixed by the Court having jurisdiction
~
~ of such proceedings.

~ 11. The parties ackno~~ledge and agree that the above

~ co:~stitutes a full, fair and complete settlement of all their

Inropertt~, ~ffairs anci custo3ial rights and that h~reafter neither
