AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Re: Commence at a point of 278.20 feet East of the
NW corner of Government Lot 1, Section 33, Township
. 34 South, Range 40 East and on the North line of
said Government Lot 1; thence run 123.13 feet
south at right angles to said north line of
Goverrunent Lot 1; thence run west 70 feet
parallel to said north line of Government Lot 1;
thence run north 123.13 feet to said north line
of Government Lot 1; thence run East along said
North line of Government Lot 1 to point of
beginning, together with dock rights on the Indian ~
River at the east end of Yacht Lane and easement
to and over said Yacht Lane; ALSO known and
described as Tract H, according to Survey of
Charles B. McAdam, dated September 4, 1956, and
recorded with Deed to Henry Willhoite and Lillie E.
Willhoite, his wife, in Deed Bk 221 at page 289,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this
day LLOYD F. MACURDY of 120 Yacht View Lane, Fort Pierce, Florida,
who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is the brother of Oliver C. Macurdy who appears
as Grantor in that certain warranty deed dated November 10, 1969,
recorded in O. R. Book 186 at page 1392 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the above referenced property,
which deed fails to state the celibacy status of the said Oliver C.
i Macurdy.
f 2. That inasmuch as your affiant is personally familiar with

~ and has knowledge of the celibacy status of the said Oliver C. Macurdy

~ at the time of said conveyance, he can affirmatively state that at

~ the time of the aforesaid conveyance, the said Oliver C. Macurdy was

~ a single adult. ,
