pM'~iDMIIVT TO NINEPY-rTINE YEAR LFASE
This Amendment to that certain Ninety-Nine Year Lease recorded in
Official Records Book 187, page 605, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida xherein FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Trustee,
under ~ust A~eement dated November 17, 1970, and known as Trust Number 1
is LESSOR, and COLONNADFS CONDOMINTUMS ASSOCIATION Nl~. 1, INC. is LESSEE,
witnesseth :
WHEREAS, by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Colonnades
Condominiums No. 1, recorded in Official Records Book 188, page 1743 of the ~

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the intention of the parties
is set forth that the rent payable under the afore-described Lease shall
be ~,ro Hundred 8brty and no~100 Dollars ($240.00) per month, and
WHERF~S, the said Lease has not heretofore been amended to reflect
said change in the rental payments provided for hereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, the parties
hereby covenant and agree that the said I,ease by and is hereby amendf:d by

modifying and smending paragraph 4 thereof so as to provide that the LFSSEE

agrees to pay to the LESSOR, as rent, the s~ of Txo Hundred Fbrty and no~100 ~

Dollars ($240.00) per month, all other terms, conditions and provisions of ~

the Lease being hereby reconfirmed and ratified, including but not limited
; to the r~maining provisions of said parsgraph 4, and moreover, specifically,
