THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the r~ day of June, A.
D. 1972 by BEULAH F. DELCOURT, survivinq spouse and unremarried
widow of Adolphe W. Delcourt, deceased, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to AUDREY C. WHEELOCK and ALICE M. WHEELOCK, his wife,
whose post office address is: 1504 Cortez Boulevard, Fort Pierce,
Florida , hereinafter called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain Iand situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The East 70 feet of the West 600 feet of Lots 48 and

Lot 50, a distance of 276.5 feet for the point of be-
ginninq; (said point of beginning being the SW corner
of land conveyed to George M. Fiedler and Clara C.
. Fiedler, his wife, by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed
Book 186, at page 576, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said point also being the SE corner
of the tract herein described); from the point of be-
ginning run North 200 feet along the West boundary of 's
