Before me this day personally appeared DAVID STUART, who, being
duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That the undersigned is owner of the following described
property, to-wit:
Lots 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 5, Revised Map of Fort Pierce Beach
Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8 at Page 29 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 5, REVISED
MAP OF FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 8,
Page 29, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; run thence North
83 degrees 02 minutes 44 seconds East, 132.3 feet; thence South 18 degrees
19 minutes 15 seconds East, 184.65 feet; thence North 80 degrees 49 minutes
4S seconds East, 119.95 feet; thence South 18 degrees 35 minutes 15 seconds
East, 60 feet; thence South 80 degrees 08 minutes 34 seconds West, 250 feet;
thence North 18 degrees 36 minutes 15 seconds West, 253 feet to the point
of beginning. ~
2. That the undersigned Affiant is not the same David Stewart
mentioned in that certain Notice of Tax Lien under Internal Revenue Law, -
recorded in Lien Book 6, page 94, St. Lucie County Public Records.
3. That the undersigned Affiant has never resided at the
addresses referenGed in said notice of lien, to-wit: 817 Avenue B, Fort
Pierce, Florida, nor in Bradley, Georgia.
4. Affiant has no knowledge of any liability ~or the year1948-
1951 to the United States Internal Revenue Services, nor is the aforesaid
lien a valid lien upon Affiant's property.
5. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
