SCHEDULE
Start and use a right angle line from the ~Vest edge of the
Indian River two feet South of the porch of the cottage in
the corner of Old Depot Road; thence to the Florida East
Coast Railroad right of way following the Iine of Old Depot
Road for the South line, thence start at a point approxim-
ately 301 feet North of the South line, make a right angle
line from river as the North line to run directly through
the aplmetto tree about 20 feet Noi•theast of the large
garage on the hill to the railroad right of way; this line
to run paraZlel. with the South line. These two North and
South boundary lines are to be joined on the East and West,
the East boundary line to be the Indian River and the ~Yest
boundary line is to be the right of way of the Florida East
Coast Railroad. ~
This is intended to describe the same property as is des-
cribed in Item 2 of the Last Will and Testament of J. Ho~vard
LeTourneau, dated July 3, 1935 aiid probated in St. Lucie
County, Florida. Said property is also shown in red on a
copy of a survey attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER ~vi~h any~interest that the mortgagors may have in
Old Depot Road as a result of its abandonment.
This property is located in Section 9, Township 37 South
Range 41 East, St. Lucie, County, Florida
