Parcel 2: Start and use a right angle line from the West edge of the Indian River two feet South of the porch of the cottage in the corner of Old Depot Road; thence to the Florida East Coast Railroad right of way following the line of Old Depot Raad for the South line, thence start at a point approxim- ately 301 feet North of the South line, make a right angle line from river as the North line to run directly through the aplmetto tree about 20 feet Northeast of the large - garage on the hill to the railroad right of way; this line to run parallel with the South line.
