Parcel 1:
The South 375 feet of tt~at part of Lots 8, 9, 10 and
11, Ballentine and ~Ioor^~ Subdivision, Plat Book 1, page
205, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lyinb
East of Savannah Road, west of Barbara Drive, south of
the IYesterly extension of the South right of way line of
Zelda Drive and North of the Westerly extension of the
North line of Lot 110, Skyline Heights Subdivision, Plat
Book 3, Page 114, Public Records of ~iartin County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Start and use a right angle line from the West edge of the
Indian River two feet South of the porch of the cottage in
the corner of Old Depot Road; thence to the Florida East
Coast Railroad right of way following the line of Old Depot
Raad for the South line, thence start at a point approxim-
ately 301 feet North of the South line, make a right angle
line from river as the North line to run directly through
the aplmetto tree about 20 feet Northeast of the large -
garage on the hill to the railroad right of way; this line
to run parallel with the South line. These two North and :
South boundary lines are to be joined on the East and SYest, ~
the East boundary line to be the Indian River and the Nest
boundary line is to be the right of way of the Florida East
Coast Railroad.

~ County, Florida. Said property is also shown in red on a
~ copy of a survey attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Old Depot Road as a result of its abandonment.
