President and agent of lieaor herein, Dickerson, Incorporated,
a North Carolina corporation, authorized to d0 business in
Florida, AlA, P.O.Drawer ?19, 3tuart, Florida 33494, and that
in pursuance of a subcontract with 1. Woodard, 5?0 Lake Bonnie
Drive, I,akeland, Florida, 33801, lienor, as a subcontractor,
furnished labor, services and materials consisting of the fur-
nishing and l~iag of 53,600 square yards of i'y~e II Asphalt
Surface and 491 tons of Type II Asphalt Surface on the Yallowing
described real property, located in St. Zucie County, Florida:
Commencing at the intersection of the North line of
the southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 35 South,
8ange 40 East and the centerline of II.S. Highway
l~o. 1, thence run East along the said 1/4 section
line 40 Yeet to a point on the east right of way
line of U.S. Highrs~y Ao. 1, thence run south along
said east right of way line 1,553•2 feet to the point
of beginning; thence run east parallel to the afore-
said 1/4 section line, 233 feet to a point; thence
run north parallel with the east right of wa~y line
of II.S. Highxary No. 1, 150 feet to a point in the
