Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the parties of the second part,
W ITN ESSETH:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to
be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby covenant
and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the second part, and
their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a
good and sufficient warranty deed, the ~following described property, together
with all improvements thereon lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 9 of FLORIANA PARK, as per plat

said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor the sum of SIXTEEN ~
THOUSAND AND NO/100 DpLLARS ($16, 000. 00) in the manner following:
The consideration of $16, 000. 00 shall be paid in monthly
installments of $124. 05 each. The first such monthly in-
stallment sha~l be due on the Sth day of July, 1972 and sub-
sequent payments shall be due on the same day of each suc-
ceeding month thereafter until the whole sum named, plus
interest has been paid in full. Each such monthly payment
shall be applied first to interest and then to the unpaid prin-
cipal balance, with interest from the date hereof at the rate
of 7~ per annum on the unpaid balance. 'I~vo or more pay-
ments may be made at any time by the parties of the second
