MEMORANDUM OF CONTRACT FOR SALE iG3~838
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That RIVER CITRUS, INC., '
a Florida corporation, has by agreement dated the ,~f,~"
day of April, 1972, contracted for the sal,e-a£ the hereinafter
described real property to SIDNEY KLINE, CURT HAYGOOD and

LARRY L. McIVER at the price and upon the terms stated in said ~

agreement, said real property being situate in St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, and described as follows:
The N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
and the N 3/4 of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 and the
E 1/2 of the NW 1~'4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 26,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East; ~
Excluding therefrom the 1971-72 crop of citrus fruit
remaining on said grove;
Together with the entire irrigation system as pres-
ently installed and all other permanently installed
fixtures and together with the entire 1972-73 crop
of citrus fruit.
Said contract for sale to be closed on or before September 15,
1972.
