Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Laura
Hancock, who, upon being first duly sworn, deposes and says that she is _
well acquainted with Billie Jean Lundberg, one of the grantees in the deed
conveying the above-desc.ribed land from C. W. Wamsley and B. L. Wamsley,
his wife, which is of record in Deed Book 264, page 515 of the St. Lucie
County records. This affiant further says that the said Billie Jean Lundberg
is one and the same person who appeared under the name of Billie Jean Kemp,
as one of the parties of the second part in those certain Articles of Agreement
comprehending the above-described real property from C. W. Wamsley and
B. L. Wamsley, his wife, recorded in Deed Book 224 at page 500; that the
said Billie Jean Kemp subsequently married Peter A. Lundberg and, on the
date of the first mentioned deed, the said Billie Jean Kemp was then Billie Jean
Lundberg.
