THIS INDENTURE, made this lst day of June A. D. . 1972 between
W. S. DU BOSE, INC.. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Texas, having its principal place of business in the County of Tarrant and
State of Texas, and lawfully authorized to transact business in the State of
Florida, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, and JOHN S. SHAPIR.A., whose
mailing address is 135 South LaSalle Street, Chicago~ Illinois 60603. of the
County of Cook and State of IIlinois, hereinafter referred to as Grantee:
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10. 00) Dollars, and other valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the
said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted, bar-
~ gain~d and sold to the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land situated, lying and being in the County of Saint Lucie and State
of Florida, to-wit:
Parcel A
From the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 34, Townsl}ip 35 South, Range 40
East, Run West along the South line of said Northeast 1/4 of the North-
east 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, 48 feet to the West right of way line of
U. S. Highway No. 1 and the Point of Beginning; Thence run North
_ along said right of way line 138.77 feet; Thence on an angle of
96°55'15" as measured from South to West run Northwesterly
261.89 feet; Thence run South parallel with the West right of way
line of U. S. Highway No. 1, 173. 24 feet to the South line of afore-
said Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; Thence
run East 260 feet to the Point of Beginning.

~ lying West of said Parcel B and the abovedescribed Parcel A, for ingress
~ and egress to and from said adjoining land from and to U. S. Highway
