THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between J. T. Stewart Mortgage
Company, Inc., a FLORIDA CORPORATION, Mortgagee, and QUINroN R. SMITH, ~

ti'HEREAS, the parties hereto under date of r~~~h l5, 1972 entered into
a certain mortgage note and mor_~gage agreement, which was recorded in Official ~
Records Book 201 page 2773 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being described as follows: `
Lot 7, Block 74, RIVER PARK, ZJNIT 9, PART "C", according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Boo}: 15, pages 28 and 28A ~hru
28B of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the terms
and provisions of said I~iortgage in order that it may set forth the true, complete
and intended agreement between the parties:
rOW; THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained,
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of
Sep~ember, 1972 and the final payment is shown to be due on or before the first
day of August, 1997 the Mortgagors and Mortgagees are desirous of amending the
first payment due date to ~August 1, 1972 and amending the final payment due
date to ~ly 1, 1997 at which time the entire outstanding remaining princi-
pal balance shall be paid in fu11.
' Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions and

~ provisions of the ~tote and Mortgage dated i•,ar dz 15, 1972 , shall remain in full
