Right of Way of U. S. Highway No. 1, and
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1972 and
zoning and restrictions, limitations and
easements of record, and
SUBJECT TO that certain purchase money
first mortgage given by James LaPorte,
Cornelius Calandriello and Joan Calan-
driello, his wife, and Bert Weber and
Florence Weber, his wife, to Joel
Hirschhorn, as Trustee.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said second party forever.
