That fa divers good and valuable consideratio~s, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in
the promissoty note o[ even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mottgagor does grant, bargain. sell~ alien,
remise, release, and convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that czrtain tract o[ land ot which
the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate j~,~,~pKnty, Florida, described

Lots 23, 24 and 25, Block 3, REVISED SUBDIVISION OF LINCOLN PARK,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page
77, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with the improvements thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and additions
thereto. .
This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that
cert~in mortgage from JULIA PARRIS, an unmarried woman to HENRY TROSSMAN
and TILLIE TROSSMAN, his wife dated February 13,1971, bearing Clerk's ~
File No. 205125 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
wherein the legal description was incorrectly given.
Florida documentary stamps are attached to the original mortgage and ;
canceled. Int gible tax has been paid. `
