This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that certain mortgage from JULIA PARRIS, an unmarried woman to BONNIE ROSENSTEIN dated May 18, 1972, bearing Clerk's File ~~230659 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the legal description was incorrectly given Florida documentary stamps are attached to the original mortgage and canceled.
