That for divers good and valuable considerations. and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in
the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dces grant, bargain, sell. alien.
remise. release. and convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in [ee simple. all of that certain tract of land of which
the !Nortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate inB~t,bE County, Florida, described

Lots 23, 24 and 25, Block 3, REVISED SUBDIVISION OF LINCOLN PARK,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page
77, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with the improvements thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.
This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting
that certain mortgage from JULIA PARRIS, an unmarried woman
to BONNIE ROSENSTEIN dated May 18, 1972, bearing Clerk's File ~~230659
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the legal
description was incorrectly given
Florida documentary stamps are attached to the original mortgage and
canceled. Intangible tax has been aid. •
