of the County of Dade , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include 1he Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or plural, and the masculine and.'or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
wherever the context so requires o~ admits, as pa?ties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAI SAVINGS AND IOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United Ststes of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, here~nafter desc~ibed, the Mortgagor dces gront,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the County of
St . LuCie , State of Florida, tawit:
Lot 13, 81ock 254, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION SIX,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 36, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

~ TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
~ thereto and all rents, issues, proteeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
~ within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
~ cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
- and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
~ may be detached or detachable.
~ IT IS ~~1UTUAlIY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and be~ween the parties hereto that upon request of the Morr-
~ gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts oprion, at anyi~~ne w~th~n twenty (20) years frem the date hereof and be-
~ fore full payment of th~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, w~th ~~terest, shall be secured by th~s morrgage and shall be ev~denced by an add~t~~nal nore rhen
