by jointy and severally covenant, promise and agree as follows. to-wit:
1. So long as the note hereinabove referred to. a any ponion thereof. a any extension or renewal thereof, and
alsoanyandallother indebtednessofthe Borrowen. or eithzr of them~ to said Bank. whether Joint or several~ here-
cofore or hereafter incurred~ of any natuce whaacever. shall remain unpaid. either before or after the macurity
thereof, the said Borrowers will do the folbwing things, to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when due all ftre and windstorm insurance premiums~ taxes, aaeumenu. dues and charges of
every kind imposed a levied upon thetr real and personal property prior to the time when any such sums shall
beoome delinquent or in default; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereinafter described and wlll never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come delinquent or go into default.
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not. without fint procuring the consent in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien or other encumbrance to exist on theirproperty. real orpe nonal. now owned or here-
after acquired by them includiag. but not llmited to. theproperty hereinafter described,
3, The Borrowers agsee that they shall not have the privilege. aor will they sell, uansfer, assign, hypo~hecate. or
in any manner whatevet. dispose of the propeny, or any interest therein. owned by them. including specihcally. but
na Hmited to, the following real estate situate~ to-wit: (Description of Property)
Lot 8 of Block 4 of the re-ptat of Sunset Park Subdivision, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, at page 28, of the public
records of St. Lucie County of Florida.
