O~YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the St1te
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATYON, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION~
and LAKE INDftIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has bee n an Affidavit f iled against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Af~idavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 105 Page ?5~ , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
