BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared CHARLES
R. P. BROWN, who upon beinq first duly sworn did depose and say as
tollows:
That he is the attorney for John J. Kearney of 508 South Eighth
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida; that he prepared, witnessed, and ack-
nowledged the signature of said John J. Rearney to a Power of Attorney,
July 9, 1971, constituting Robert James Kearney as attorney in fact;
that your Affiant knawe of his own knowledge that said Power of
Attorney was in full force and effect on June 14, 1972, and had not
been revoked by said John J. Kearney; that your Affiant has had
occasion to visit said John J. Rearney recently and to discuss business
transactions with him; that said John J. Kearney is alive and fully
competent to understand business matters discussed with him.
That Robert J. Kearney who executed a Warranty Deed, dated June
14, 1972, as attorney in fact for said John J. Kearney is the same
individual named as~Robert James Kearney in the Pawer of Attorney
hereinabove described, and that the said Robert J. Rearney and
Robert James Kearney are one and the same person, and said individual
is the son of said John J. Kearney.
