Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appvrtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or placed therein, including a~l apparatus, equipment, fixtures or artides, whether in s~ngle units ar cen-
' trally controtled, used to supply heat, gas, air tonditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiiiat~on or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of wh~ch by lessors i
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm do~rs and windows, f~oor -
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water h~3ters (a!1 of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said rea! estate whether physi:ally attached thereto or not); and aiso together with

ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as prov~ded in the ,
