That prior to dissolution of Manhan Fruit Company that he was ~
the President of said corporation; that on November 21, 1960, Manhan
Fruit Company was dissolved under the laws of Florida and at said time ~

John E. Drondoski, Helen W. Drondoski and Stella E. Drondoski, who
- were the Directors of the Manhan Fruit Company at the time of dissolu -
tion, were also owners of a majority of the stock of said corporation. :
