2, The Borrowen agree that they will not. without first ~rocuring the oonsent in ariting of the said Bank here-

3, TheBotrowenagreethattheyshallnot have the privilege~ nor will they sell. ~ansfer. auign, hypothecate. or
in any manner whatever. dispcue of the pmperty. a any interest therein. owned by them, including specifically. but
