Mary Murphy Cox hereinafter referred to as "Granfor," and Andrew A. Avramides
and Sal Signorelli , hereinafter referred to as "Trustees";

for which amount the Grantor has sigaed And delivered ~rpromissory note of even date herewith ~
payable to the order of Vincent M. Brown, Personal Representative of the
Estate of Stanley A. Shank, Deceased
in the principal amount of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred and no/100
Dollara ($13, 500. 00 ) bearing interest at the rate of seven Percent ( 7 96) per annum
until paid, on the following terms and obligations :
Payable monthly, on the sums remaining from time to time unpaid. Said ;
payments to continue until the aggregate amount paid on account of ~
principal shall be equal to the amount of Thirteen Thousand-Five {
Hundred and no/la0 Dollars, with option to pay off at any time the ~
entire sum remaining unpaid, with interest to the date of payment only.
It is agreed that time is of the essence of this contract and that in
the event of default in payment of any installment for a period of ~
thirty days, the holder of this note may, at its option, declare all the ~
remainder of said dept due and collectable, and any failure to exercise
said option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the
same at any other time.
Now, should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney,
each of us, whether maker, security or endorser, hereby agrees to pay '
all costs of such collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee and
hereby waives presentment for payment, protest, and notice of protest
and non-payment of this note, and does hereby consent and agree to the
extension and renewal of this note, without notice, and agrees that their
liability shall continue until this note and all extensions or renewals
and all interest is paid in full and satisfied.
