t~ITNESSETH: That the said part ies of the first part, for and in
consideration of the Sum of One Dollar 51.00) and other valuable con-
siderations to them in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt wher-eo~~is hereby acknowledged, have ~granted, bar-
~ained and sold, and by these presents do grant, argain and sell
to the said party of the second part, ~ts successors and assigns, a
perpetual easemen~ and right-of-way over, upon and across the following
described land, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida to wit:
The North 5 ft, of Lot 6, LaVarn Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 14, page 15, said Subdivision
being Tract 33, Garden City Farms, recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 5, contained in Section 5, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, Tallahassee Meridian, according
to the United States Government Plat filed December
26, 1853, located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida,
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands
for road right-of-way
~Lrposes; and the said parties o the irst part do hereby fully
:aarrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or
under part iesof the first part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second part, its successors
' and assigns, together with immunity unto the second part, its successors
! 3nd assigns, from all claims for damage, if any, arising from or growing
' out of such construction and/or maintenance, to the lands, if any,
p owned by the first parties lying adjacent or contiguous to the lands
