the receipt whereo is hereby acknowledged, ~granted, bar- ;
gained and sold, and by these presents do grant, argain and sell ~

The North 5 ft. of I,ot 4, LaVarn Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 14, page 15, said Subdivision being Tract
33, Garden City Farms, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5,
contained in Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 40 East
Tallahassee Meridian according to the United States Gov-
ernment Plat filed December 2b, 1853, located in Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands
for road riqht-of-way

:aarrant the title to said lan~, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or -

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second part, its successors
