L~TITNESSETH: That the said part of the first part, for and in 1
consideration of the Sum of One Dollar $1.00) and other valuable con- ;
siderations to in hand paid by the party of the second part, ~
the receipt whereo is hereby acknowledged, has ~granted, bar- ~
_oained and sold, and by these presents do eS grant,~bargain and sell

perpetual easement and right-of-way over, upon and across the folloc~ing

recorded in Plat Book 14, page 15, said Subdivision
being Tract 33, Garden City Farms. recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 5, contained in Section 5, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, Tallahassee Meridian according '
to the United States Government Plat filed December
26, 1853, located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands
for road riaht-of-way

~r~arrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or
under part of the first part.
TO HAV AND TO HOLD the same unto the second part, its successors

; out of such construction and/or maintenance, to the lands, if any,
