~JITNESSETH: That the said part iesof the first part, for and in
consideration of the Sum of One Dollar $1.00) and other valuable con-
siderations to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, `
the receipt whereo is hereby acknowledged, have ~granted, bar- i
~ained and sold, and by these presents do grant, argain and sell i

Book 2, page 5, contained in Section 5, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, Tallahassee Meridian according
to the United States Government Plat filed December
26, 1853, located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida,
This deed is made for the purpose of givi~ng and granting to the
pa.rty of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands ~
for road right-of-way
purposes; an the said part ies o the irst part o hereby u ly
:~arrant the title to said l~s, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or
under part ies of the first part.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second part, its successors
