THIS INDENTURE, Made this the ~_day of 2:I ,

tJITNESSETH: That the said part of the first part, for and in

siderations to in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt whereo is hereby acknowledged, has •granted, bar-
gained and sold, and by these presents do es grant, ar~ain and sell
to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a ;

States Government Plat filed December 26, 1853, lo- ~
cated in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands ~
