WITNESSETH: That the said part• of the first part, for and in

the receipt whereo is hereby acknowledged, •granted, bar-
gained and sold, and by these presents do grant, argain and sell
to the said party of the second part, its successors and,assigns, a ~

34, said Subdivision being Tract 34, Garden City Farms re-
corded in Plat Book 2, page 5, contained in Section 5,
Township 35,South, Range 40 Eas-t, Tassahassee Meridian
according to the United States Government plat filed
December 26, 1853, located in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the -
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands
for road ricrht-of-wav

warrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against
±he lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second part, its successors

and assigns, from all claims for damage, if any, arising from or growing
