VOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETk: Tnat for and in consideration of the

Florida, to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said street over,

in Plat Book 14, page 15, said Subdivision being Tract
33, Garden City Farms, recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5,
contained in Section 5,-Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
Tallahassee Meridian according to the Untied States Gov-
ernment Plat filed December 26, 1853, located in Fort ,
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
