INDENI'URE, dated as of the first day of June, 1972, made and

ration of the State of Florida, whose post oftice address is 4200 Flagler Street,
Miami, Florida 33134 (hereinafter sometimes called the Company), party
of the first part, 8Ad BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, a corporation of the State
. of New York, whose post office address is Siateen Wall Street, New York,
New York I0015 (hereinafter sometimes caUed the Corporate Trustee), and
P,LORIDA FIRST NATIONAL ' BANK OF IACK90NYILLE (foraterly The Florida
Nationai Bank of Jacksonville), a national banking association organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose post
office address is Jacksonville, Florida (hereinafter sometimes called the
Co-Trastee), parties of the second part (the Corporate Trustee and the
Co-Tnistee being hereinafter together sometimes called the Trustees), as
Trustees under the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of January 1,
1944 (hereinafter called the Mortgage), wlrich Mortgage was eaecuted and
delivered by Florida Power & Light Company to secure the payment of bonds
issned or to be issued under and in accordance with the provisions of thc
Mortgage, reference to which said Mortgage is hereby made, this Indenture
(hereinafter called the Twenty-fifth Supplemental Indenture) being supple-
mental thereto;
