Notice is hereby given that the undersigned owner will ~
improve certain real property located in the County of Saint Lucie, ~
State of Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
that part of Lots 29 and 30, Block 28, of RIVER ;
PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT THREE, as recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 80, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. Being more particularly ~
described as follows: Begin at the Southeasterly ~
corner of Lot 29 and run Northwesterly aZong the ~
Easterly line of said Lot 29 and the Westerly right ~
of way line of Camino Street a distance of 109.49
feet, thence run Westerly 152 feet to the West line i
of Lot 30 and a point that is 81.80 feet North of ;
the Southwest corner of said Lot 29, thence run
South along the lot line 81.80 feet to the Southwest
corner of said Lot 29, thence; follow the Southerly
lot lines to the point of beginning. ~
A general description of the improvement is as follows;
construction of a residence.
