SPECIAL MJ~STER' S DEED
THIS INOENTtIRE, made thia the 26th day o! June, A. D.
1970, between, MR. IRVSN FRANIC, JR., as Special Master,
- party of the firat part, and M. A. BECR party of the
second part: .
wHEREAS, the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial
Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for the County of
St. Lucfe on the 4th day of June, A. D. 1970, among
other things, ordered, adjudged and decreed in a certain
cause, then pendinq in the said Court bet~een ST. LUCIE
MORTGAGE COMPANY as Plaintiff, and LILLIAN AOLMES, a widaw
et al as Defendants, beinq a suit for the foreclosure of
tax sale certificatea upon the premises herefnafter described,
that the premises mentioned fn aaid decree and herienafter
described be sold Dy the said IRVING FRANIC. JR., as Special
Master, at public auction, the said Master first giviriq ;
notice once a week for three successive weeks of the ti~?e and ;
plave of sale in a newspaper published in St. Lucfe County. !
Florida;

AND w~iEREAS, the said Special Master,party of the first ~
psrt to these p~esents, in pursuance of the said order and j
juclqment of the said Court did on the 26 day of June, A. D. {
19T0, sell at public auction the said premises hereinafter ~
particularly descrfbed, havinq first qiven previous notice ~
of the time and place of euch sale With the de~cription of
the said premisea, agreeable to the order aforesafds at Which
sale the said premires herefnafter particularly described ;
were sold to the party of the second part for the swn of ~
$180.20, that beinq the highest and best sum bidden fcr the ;
saane, and thereupon saii~ Specfal Mnster executed and delivered ;
to the party of the second part receipta evidencing such sale. ~
AND WHEREAS, the said Special Master made due reports ~
of sale to said Court; and whereaa said paEties of the second s
part having applied to said Court for an order confirminq '
safd sale, the said Court on the 9th day of July, A. D. 1970, ~
appraved and confirmed said sale and authorized and directed ~
i the execution and delivery of this deed. ~

i AND WHEREAS, all~orders of said decree havfnq been complied

~ NOW THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth, that the said
E Special Master, in otder to carry into the effect the said sale
~ so made as aforesaid, in pursuance to the said judqment of the
~ saiid Court, in consideration of the premises and of the eum
of $180.20, pao~ at the time of said sale, by the said parties
of the second part to the said Special Master, the receipt of
which is hereby acknawledc,~ed hae granted, barqained and sold
and by these presents does grant, barqain and sell, alien,
release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second ;
part, successors, heirs and assiqns, all that certain parcel i
of land in St. Lucfe County, Florida, described as follows, '
~ to-wit:
~ Lot 3, of Block 4, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION as per
~ plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at page 41,
; of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -

This conveyance corrects the name of the grantee in ~
~ the deed herewith recorded in O. R. Book 185 at page {
2822 of the ublic records of St. Lucie Count ,__Florida.
