HIARRANTY DEED
THIS W!ARRANTY DEED , made the ~3 ~ day of May , A.
D. 1972 by CATHERINE R. CARLISLE and LUTHER O. CARLISLE,~a/k/a
L. O. CARLISLE, her husband, individually and as Trustees;
ROBERT R. CARLISLE, individually and as Trustee, joined by ;
his wife, MARY W. CARLISLE, and CHARLES R. CARLISLE, indivi-
dually and as Trustee, a single adult, hereinafter called
the Grantor, to 1~NDREW L. BYRD and MARGARET L. BYRD,
his wife,
whose post office address is: 1465 S. W. 28th Way, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida 33312 , hereinafter called
the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of
Section 8, Township 35 South, Range 39 East.

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonqing or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

I AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
` that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
